REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable. To request changes to your reservation, please contact the Museum at tickets@bahamasmuseumofjunkanoo.com. Please include your name, ticket reservation number and the date and time that you would like to move the ticket to.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We cannot guarantee entry later than 15 minutes past the time on your ticket, but we will do our best to accommodate you or rebook your ticket for another date.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that visitation to the Museum is at your own risk. The Museum, and all affiliated persons including but not limited to its Principals, Directors, Consultants, Managers or Employees expressly exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, harm or the like that arises with your ticket or visitation or any other interaction with the Museum unless wilful intent to cause harm is established.

PHOTO AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER

It may be possible that photographs, images and sound recordings are made in the interior and exterior rooms of the Museum. By purchasing an admission ticket or attending a public event, you give your consent that this material may be used extralegally. If you object to being recorded, please inform us immediately.

CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE

The Bahamas Museum of Junkanoo assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Museum relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless it can be proven that the Museum acted with wilful intent.

DATA PROTECTION

If the website requests the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses), this input is on a voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted – if technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against senders of so-called spam mails who violate this prohibition.
