We check your date with our performing troupe. If they are available, we let you know your request can be met and send your quote.
A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your booking. The balance is due 7 working days before your event. If the balance is not received by then, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is retained.
You receive our booking terms to review and sign, so everyone is clear on the details.
The troupe arrives on your date, the drums start and your guests get a celebration they will never forget.
Ready when you are
Tell us where and when you are celebrating. Our event coordinator will confirm availability with the troupe and follow up with your quote for a performance at your venue.
Sending this form does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit is received and your agreement is signed.

No. Rush Out bookings are private performances at your own venue outside the Museum. To celebrate inside the Museum, visit our Groups and Private Events page.
Packages start at $1,800 for a 10-piece troupe. Larger troupes are available, and your quote is based on troupe size, date, start time and venue location.
As early as you can. Troupe availability is limited, especially around the holidays and Junkanoo season, and every date is confirmed with our performers first.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 working days before your event.
If the balance is not received 7 working days before the event, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is retained.
Yes. You will receive our booking terms to review and sign before your event.
The performance is 25-30 minutes.
Unfortunately, we only perform within Nassau only!
